On behalf of the Kazakh Society of Phlebology and the Organizing Committee, I am very pleased to invite you to take part in the 4th Kazakhstan Venous Forum, which will be held on 9-10 of August, 2024 in Almaty.
Innovative progress in the field of medical science and technology in the last two decades has changed approaches to the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases in general and the venous system, in particular. Minimum traumatism and duration of surgical treatment, X-ray and ultrasound imaging, preference of local anesthesia, precision surgical and endovascular technique, immediate medical results, short hospitalization and rehabilitation periods, application of new effective drugs, high rates of postoperative quality of life, "office surgery” - these are definitions of modern methods of treatment of venous diseases in the 21st century.
The rapid technological development of medicine requires the specialist to constantly update knowledge and skills.
The goals of the Kazakhstan Venous Forum are to raise the scientific and educational level of Kazakhstani vascular surgeons and other physicians on topical issues of diagnosis and treatment of venous pathology, in accordance with the requirements of the times and international standards, the exchange of scientific and clinical experience with the best specialists from near and far abroad countries, training in advanced technologies for diagnosis and treatment of venous diseases.
Leading global scientists, experts and specialists in the field of phlebology are invited to the conference.
The conference will hold thematic scientific sections on the diagnosis and treatment of deep vein thrombosis, post-thrombotic disease, pelvic varicose veins, congenital venous pathology, modern treatment of varicose veins, pharmacotherapy, compression therapy, etc. Educational and training sessions are provided in the framework of satellite symposiums the world's leading medical and pharmaceutical companies.
